UD Engineers Without Borders Search for Water in African Village

This past summer a group of student from University of Delaware's newly formed Engineers Without Borders went to Cameroon to find a new safe sustainable water supply for an African village. The group found all surface water and hand dug wells to be contaminated but was able to fix a defunct drilled well. The group surveyed and studied the ground water to make plans for next years construction. UD EWB also set up a water committee in the village to determine the water use policies for the region. Keep up the good work! [via UDaily]
